Ray's varied career includes stints as Lucent Technologies President for the Middle East and Africa, Program Manager and Chief Operating Officer for AT&T in Thailand and Network Systems Project Manager for the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

He has worked with telephone operators around the world to sell, implement and manage networks.
